C&#8217;est la capacit\u00e9 de percevoir le moment pr\u00e9sent tel qu&#8217;il est, avec toutes ses facettes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices de pleine conscience, nous apprenons peu \u00e0 peu \u00e0 nous arr\u00eater et \u00e0 cultiver la bienveillance, la bont\u00e9 et la compassion d&#8217;instant en instant.
